• Email the digital image of your artwork and
artist information (see info. list below) to Info(at)ExpoOfHeart(dot)com
Change the words in the
parenthesis to the appropriate symbols to create a
proper email address. It is done this way to prevent
"spiders/robots" from grabbing email for spam purposes.
• Subject line in email: "Expo of Heart Art
Show Entry". Attachments will not be opened unless
email subject line is entered correctly.
• File size is not to exceed 1 Meg for each digital
image of your artwork. (Total of 1 meg for each email.)
• Include the following information in the body
of your email (text attachments will not be opened):
Name
Snailmail address
Phone number
Email address
Title of Artwork - submit only one piece per email
(total of 2 emails)!!!
Art medium, or mixed media
Floor Space Required for your artwork. For example:
if your painting is 6 feet wide, your easel with
your painting on the easel may take up a 6 foot
by 3 foot floor space. The ceiling is well above
the height of an average room.
OF INTEREST:
Paintings and "Flat Work"
You will need to provide your
own easel or stand if you wish to display a painting
or other "flat work". We're offering floor space to
exhibit to showcase your artwork.
Sculptural Pieces
If your work should be seen from all sides - we will
provide floorspace away from the balcony edge.
• All artwork will be considered. It may be in
any medium or mixed media. Each artist may submit
up to two pieces.
• There are a limited number of artists that
will be allowed to exhibit.
• Should you want to sell your work at the show...
that can be arranged, but your work would be shown
in a different location. Please see NOTE.
Selling and personally promoting your artwork in the
"Courtyard" where the show is held is not permitted.
You may, however, place business cards and brochures
as part of your free standing display area.
• You will be notified via email if your artwork
has been accepted for show.
Upon acceptance: Getting your artwork
to the Expo
•Exhibition space is in the food court area of
the Expo.
• Each artist is responsible for setting up and
removing his/her free-standing pieces the day of the
expo.
• Set-up time is between 6:30am and
8:30am. Artwork should remain on view until 7pm.
• Breakdown is from 7pm to 11pm.
• It is understood that the artists are responsible
for their artwork. Expo of Heart will only be providing
the space in the food court area, outside the Floridian
Ballroom on the third floor.
• Lift access is available from the back side
of the building.
NOTE: Interested in selling your

The location for the Art Show at the Expo of Heart
is in the Expo CourtYard... the food court and where
there will be live music during the day. It's a
beautiful open room on the 3rd Floor - the
northern end of the floor above the atrium's main
