What is involved in getting a booth?
There are still few booths available! Prices vary
according to booth location. We are happy to help you register to be an
exhibitor at the Expo of Heart:

What comes with a booth?
Exposition booth: size is either 6’ or 7’deep
and 10’ wide, with 8’ back drapery, and 3’ draped side rails. All
booths come with a skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket;
additional tables and chairs are available for rent. Telephone service
and electricity is available through the Convention Center for an
additional fee.
An Exhibitor ID Sign with your company name in
CAPS (7 x 44 inches) is provided for display in your booth (maximum of
44 characters and spaces). Expo sponsors will have their sponsorship
level designated on the second line of their exhibitor ID sign.
7 personalized name badges with company name
are provided to each booth for general Expo admission. Sponsor badges
also include their sponsorship level and have a color sponsor ribbon
affixed to each name badge.
What are the perks of exhibiting at the
Expo of Heart?
There are opportunities for selected exhibitors
to present a seminar or give a demonstration for a speaker fee of $100.
The company name that you select for your
exhibitor ID Sign will be listed in the Expo Pre-Program marketing
booklet (15,000 copies). and the Official Expo Program Guide, and on
the Expo of Heart website. If you are selected to be a speaker or give
a demonstration, related information will also be published along with
your photo, if provided. An extensive marketing plan is being
implemented.
As an exhibitor or sponsor, you have
opportunities to place discounted advertising in the Expo Pre-Program
marketing booklet, the Official Expo Program Guide and the Expo of
Heart website.
Exhibitors from past years have often remarked
they wish they had more time to network with fellow exhibitors. This
year we are offering exhibitors an exclusive VIP party the night before
the Expo Saturday, February 21, 5:30-8pm.
